The barbers are beyond slow, 45+ minutes to cut one persons hair. I don't mind taking time but to wait almost an hour to get a haircut with only 3 people waiting is just ridiculous
First off, your website says that the stylist wear mask of which they do not. At least not the one I got. She kept complaining on how bad her feet hurt. She was also in such a hurry to go eat that she did a horrible job cutting my hair. It was so uneven, I had to fix it when I got home. Will NEVER GO BACK there.
I have gone to this location for shampoo and blow dry a number of times and the prices change every time but has always been under $20. Today Jamie did my shampoo and blow dry and charged me $30! I asked why so much more than usual and she informed me they charge a dollar a minute for blow drying. I noticed she was taking a really long time, much longer than usual to dry my hair. Now I know why!! Here I thought she was being nice but now I know she was ripping me off!! No tip for her and I'll never be back.
Please don't ever for the love of god go here. Not only was my haircut incredibly terrible I also spent 20 dollars. I wish I could rate this place lower that's how terrible it was. I high recommend never visiting this establishment.
My wife and I use the super cuts on at 6919 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73132. My wife recently wanted to get her hair from brown to blond due to this is her normal hair color. She went to the Salon and the Hair dress person Derika the first time said it was to dark and to come back in a month which she did on 2/25/17. The stylist said should be no problem but she would have to sign a waver, so she did. After about 7 or more hours they really messed up her hair and it was pink. The manager was in the building but ignored her and the stylist made her pay the $100 for the terrible job. Her hair was even falling out due to the stylist left the solution in her hair for a hour and a half. Later told it should only be in there no longer then 30 to 45 min. They let her walk out like that and would not even try to fix it or do anything so she would not look like a disaster. She called corpt and they said all the locations are independently owned and she could file a complaint but it would have to be up to the local store owner. So we filed a complaint and the owner would not return her or my calls. She called corpt again on 2/27 and on 3/6 and they said they would have the store call her back, now a month later the manager that was there Terra called her back and said sorry but if she would have known she would have done something (she was there and ignored my wife.) she said due to she left the building they would not refund her money nor do anything about it. I recently was at another location in OKC by Penn Mall and The lady there said the same person that owns there shop and the other one Lives in Arizon and that the location my wife went to has so many issues and complaints. so why has no one done anything about it???? I just would like my money back or something. Would u walk around like that. BTW my wife the same night went to a friend of ours and with her and a local hair salon product store got it fixed in 1 hour. but cost us another $100 to fix it. I am a manager a fleet company and deal with upset customers all the time and know if we upset the customer and do something wrong we have to fix it. So I will make sure every one in my social circle knows about this terrible place make sure I let every I can know not so use super cuts in the future. You have lost myself, my wife, our 3 kids for life as a customer. To bad there is not any decent places any longer that take care of there customers.
