Never going to this shop ever again, the people are rude and can't cut hair to save their lives.
Walked in, there were 2 stylists and 2 gentlemen waiting. Not one worker acknowledged my entrance. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to be checked in, greeted, etc. but again, was not acknowledged. I turned around and walked out. I can understand if you cannot greet someone immediately due to work, but 5 minutes with no eye contact or anything is not acceptable.
My friend and I went there for a haircut and we were sitting there for 20 minutes with no help. There was a worker doing nothing for at least 15 minutes during the 20 minutes waiting. Another person came in and the worker not doing anything immediately helped him. Very poor customer service. We ended up leaving.
Quick place for a run in haircut with no appointment. $14.50 for a men's cut. Stylist was nice and professional.
Ah best cuts. I may require pampering in other areas but just a decent haircut where I get in and out in under 20 minutes is just perfect for me. The price is reasonable and about on par with most the other national haircut brands. It's conveniently located at the strip so you can often like up a few errands and grab a haircut in between.
