I am new to town and made an appointment with a "new stylist". What a mistake that was. I just had my roots touched up, but now I have a color correction on my hands since the girl put almost black hair dye on my roots extending past my highlights. I just wanted the roots touched up and now my hair is uneven and nasty. I was nice to the girl even though she messed up my hair. When she sent an email asking about my service (which she didn't do while I was there) I told her the truth and she was unapologetic. She made an excuse that the product pulls darker. Not the reply I was looking for. She can keep my money but I will not be back like she suggested to get highlights and even it out. My hair is messed up enough.
Absolutely amazing experience! The salon is adorable, and everyone is extremely friendly. I've never had such a good cut. I can't wait to go back for color! She took her time, and went above and beyond. I'm so happy that I found an amazing new stylist! You won't be disappointed. I HIGHLY recommend!!!
I called them on the phone and they scheduled me for 9:45 a.m. a couple days later. A day later, they called me to tell me they double-booked and would I mind moving my appt to 3:00? I said ok. I received a bunch of texts asking me to confirm my appt. I did confirm my appt. When I arrived, I passed by the salon and couldn't find it so I called them. The girl at the phone had to put me on hold so she could ask someone for help. I was so close-- honestly she could have looked out the window. So I arrive and can barely squeeze my car between other cars and the house to get to the lot. Went in and someone else wanted to shampoo me. I said I didn't care who shampooed me but shouldn't the hairdresser look at my hair first since I hadn't been there before? We needed to talk first about some things? So I sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. Clearly another girl was mid-way into her haircut with the hairdresser I was scheduled with. No one said anything to me about anything. The two other clients weren't friendly at all. At 3:21, I got up and left. I feel this whole experience was unprofessional. I won't be back.
