Supercuts in Henderson, NV

Maddie my stylist is outstanding. She always listens and my hair comes out great every time. I love the atmosphere in the shop. I always feel like my hair is done just the way I like it. Everyone there is so customer centered.

I called for a appointment at 10;30 this morning. Nothing available till 1;30. When i went to store at 1;30 i was told they dont have an appointment for me. Jashmin said sorry you must have called the wrong store. She said we cant fit you in rite now. Did not offer any time for me to come back. Mind you there is nobody waiting in store and all i need is a hair cut . Plus she was sitting down when i entered the almost empty store. No customer service ability what so ever, I have been going to that store on and off for about 5 years. Will not be back

Decided to give supercuts a try because Great Clips was closing. When I arrived at this location there was no one in the waiting area.
So I was like great no wait! I checked in with the person up front she had to go and get another person. When he came out he had a disgusted look on his face walked to his station and took a drink from a water bottle. Came to the front spoke with the first lady then proceeded to tell me there would be a twenty minute wait. There was literally no one waiting, So I said there is no one here he said they made their appointment online so we have to wait until they get here or twenty minutes. I was frustrated but I said ok the gentleman who came from the back said you do not have to be upset. I was not upset I was frustrated so without making a scene I just left .

The employees asked me and my children to put a mask on in order to get our hair cut. We put them on. I asked Caesar to explain why the children needed to wear a mask in their store if the governor has only asked for kids ages 10 and older to be masked. He didn't know. I asked him to give me contact information for someone who could answer my question. He called the store manager, Maria, and let me speak to her over his cell phone. Maria told me that she doesn't know why they have to wear masks but they are following guidelines from the CDC, and then she agreed that the children under 10 didn't have to wear masks. I asked Maria if she has taken the time to look into why the cdc recommends masks and she told me that she has not even looked, even though this has been going on for over a year now. Fine and well, up to this point, nothing out of the ordinary.

Caesar pounded away on his text messages the entire time my daughter was getting her hair cut and we were waiting for my boys' turn. When my daughter was finished and it should have been my son's turn, Caesar squinted at me from across the store and looked confused as if he had no clue why we were there, and he said, "Is there a problem?" I responded that we were waiting for him to call my son to the salon chair. Caesar then said that we needed to leave and he refused to tell me why he was denying service. I made sure to tell him how icky it was that he didn't have the decency to just tell us straight up that he was denying service - instead he felt the need to treat his very well-paying, long-time customer as less than human. Presumably simply because I asked them why they wanted my children to wear a mask.

No questions allowed. Put your mask on, shut up and obey orders, or else you are a terrorist. That seems to be the absolutely insane line of thinking from people who blindly obey authority. Well Caesar used what very little authority he had over me, and he lost money and he lost any credibility of being a decent person. If that floats your boat, more power to ya. We can find plenty of other people who know how to cut hair.

I had my long curly hair cut short and tinted. It looks really cute and I am much cooler. Thank you Loan for a wonderful new look.
