I showed my stylist exactly what I wanted even gave the dimensions on the video and she did the exact opposite. The layers were so short in the front and didn't give a U cut like I asked. I wanted long layers and subtle long face framing layers that were connected. I told her I style my hair curly most of the time. She hid the layers by blow drying and twirling the hair so I couldn't see how short it was cut. She cut the layers at my chin so when it's curly it's way higher. I just so happened to keep the blowout intact until today so when I washed it looked so horrible. I don't recommend this place at all. Only go for a blowout.

Edit: I've contacted the board due to the owner texting me making me the bad guy and telling me I'm damaging her business over one stylist through texts I didn't authorize. That I had multiple opportunities to talk to them (which makes no sense because I told them yesterday is the day I washed my hair after keeping the blowout intact). That I should've called instead of purposely damaging their business. The response should have been through here exclaiming they'd like me to call so they can fix the issue, yet they texted me because they knew that kind of response for the public to see would be even more damaging.

Even when I said multiple times to not text me back. The next day they try asking me to send pictures of my hair after they said multiple things to make me the bad guy when I have the right to write a review I also have the right to choose to not contact the salon if I don't trust them to fix my hair. I already exclaimed the layers aren't fixable and that I don't want any further contact yet they act like after their initial texts to me that waiting a whole day to attempt to ask for pictures will make me happy.

There are way more professional salons in Vegas. The board registered my complaint after I sent them what the salon texted me.

Very nice salon. I had my lips done by Maya and the process was very accommodating. She is nice, patient, and does her best to explain the process of things. She is honest and straight forward about everything. I loved how easy it was to communicate with everyone with splitting up my payments or rescheduling my appointment. Overall, good experience!

I went here and had Stephanie and I love my cut. She did exactly what I wanted. I wanted long layers in a blunt cut. I love it. Thank you so much. I definitely will return
