I just got my hair cut and colored today. As usual Lisa did a great job. Love the color and the cut. Always get compliments on my hair where I live. The prices very affordable.
Went for a haircut Saturday, very basic, trim, just straight across. The next day (yesterday), while getting ready in the morning, I noticed it wasn't very even and there was a lot of chuncks of hair that were not the same length. Again, today, after showering and letting my hair dry, I'm just looking at what an awful job was done on my hair. I don't recall who cut my hair, she was nice, but just did a very poor job. And for a simple "cut off 4 inches", and nothing special or fancy, $23 (not including tip) is a lot for 7 minutes worth of work.
My son got a haircut but was not thrilled with the results. We showed the stylist a picture but she cut his hair a lot shorter than the picture. Sadly it seemed speed is more important than satisfaction

I went for there for the first time and it's my last. I never leave bad reviews. I'm flexible and have realistic expectations for most things. My salon was damaged in a fire and I couldn't put my roots off any longer. The stylist was intimidating and rude. She added every possible upcharge she could without informing me. I understand the posted prices are "starting rates", which is fine, but if there's a big difference the customer should be informed. If I had known the cost, I could have gone to the local spa for a $50 difference and gotten a better experience.
I had to return to the salon to get it fixed. She missed coloring an area that was the size of a quarter and three more areas were found on the back of my head during the correction.
She took a towel used to dry the hair of the customer next to me and used it to wipe hair dye off my forehead!
The chairs were never wiped down between customers. I was told to move chairs so she could do a men's haircut and immediately sat him where I had just been.
She told me I had to buy a color safe product. I got home and read the labels. The shampoo was for pulling the green out of your hair if you swim in pools. The conditioner was for hard water.
I contacted Supercuts corporate and never heard back from them.
