Very friendly. Got a good haircut for a very reasonable price. This was in Florida at Ft Walton Beach. Hair stylists were helpful.
Here is my prior review I will never set foot in this place again. The staff are totally inappropriate. There are kids in there waiting for haircuts and they are discussing loudly who they are sleeping with and partying with - really? Im not a prude but good grief - we dont need to hear about your personal life. Over and above that the hair cuts were not that great. The owner decided to shoot me a "name calling" message - mind you it's only be 8 years since I originally posted my review. (photo of message below) Also discovered, if you search carefully, you can see where he posts positive reviews about his own business to boost scores. Dude - get a life.........
Tl;dr: if you want the latest awkward gossip in an unprofessional workplace then look no further. I really wish I could give this place negative stars. The new manager, Jamie, seemed very unprofessional and was talking about all sorts of personal things I wouldn't even talk to my friends about. It seemed more welcoming and comfortable before with the other staff (where did Jen and Steph go?!). I never had these problems getting my haircut there before but even that new guy there seemed very disrespectful even talking to his own coworker. This place has really gone down hill in the last couple months.
The Energy of this salon is amazing! The stylists are personable, friendly and make you feel as if you are the ONLY customer in the world! JAIMIE...I made sure to spell her name correctly..is an AWESOME manager!! I can see why her salon is ran so amazingly well! Also, David is an exceptional stylist and a pleasure to watch cut and shape hair!
Hair stylist wasn't wearing masks, on top of not taking me at 1:38 for an appt at 1:30 made us wait 40 minutes got back 40 minutes on the dot later just to sit and watch them take 5 more people before us. Absolutely stupid terrible customer service never going back would give 0 stars
