Supercuts in Cranberry Twp, PA

(Not a review on the actual service YET. But... ) Have you ever called a business to get the hours of operation or other information, and felt like you were seriously bothering the person whom answered the phone... Like, they just seem legitimately annoyed that they have to talk to you and answer questions? Well, that was NOT the case when I called this Supercuts store today. Liz answered the phone when I was calling around local salons to get hours and prices, and she was SO incredibly nice and polite. She had such a cheerful attitude and was more than happy to help me... she answered all my questions and even gave me some extra information that was super helpful. I've never been to a Supercuts before, but based on Liz's excellent customer service today, I'm definitely going to get my hair cut at THIS store! (Hey, Supercuts! Liz deserves a raise... she just got you a new customer!) I'll be sure to update my review once I see how my hair turns out.

This Supercuts is the absolute best! I've lived in many major cities including NYC and I get the same amount of attention and quality hair care here. They are all the best but Shawnli is my regular. They are up to date on all current hairstyles and it shows!

I took my kids here for haircuts and was pleased they could accommodate all 3 in a row as walk-ins. My daughter has very curly hair and just needed a trim, it seems to be fine. However, the stylist gave my 2 young boys the worst haircuts they have ever had. I showed her a picture of my older boy with the haircut I wanted and asked that she be sure to keep the top long enough to spike. She cut it way too short and didn't blend it well at all. I showed her a picture of my other boy with a pretty good haircut but pointed out that it needed to be longer on top to hide the cowlicks and she proceeded to cut it even shorter than the picture - it is now a total wreck with hair pointing different directions. They both look like I took a pair of clippers to them myself and did a poor job of it.

I just started working in this area and was looking for a new place to get my bangs cut. I decided on Supercuts since it was only a mile away from my work. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by 2 very friendly girls. They were able to help me right away. It was so convenient that they take walk in's cause I'm always doing everything at the last minute. You can also "check in" & select your stylist on their website to save you from waiting if you're in a hurry. Shawnli was the stylist who cut my bangs. She was done in less than 3 minutes and she cut my bangs EXACTLY how I like them. They were perfectly even, angled on the ends, and not too short. I have had my fair share of horrific bang cuts lol and it is really hard to find someone who can get them just right. The girls at Supercuts prove that you can get a great haircut without paying the price you would at a high end salon. I will be returning for the friendly, fast, efficient service here every time I need a bang cut!
