Mentality of hairdresser was of a teen. Was swearing when referring to other hairdressers when she couldn't get the french braid done. After I called and was told YES I braid. She attempted it a few time and finally got the front in. Couldn't get it down the length of my hair. She appeared apathetic and lazy. To pay 42 dollars...the atmosphere shouldn't have been like a bar. Other hairdressers are " bitches". Here buy our expensive shampoo. A trim, braid and shampoo w attitude. And a side of incompetence.
Gina H, my stylist at the Cave Creek, AZ location is great! She really listened to me and did a great haircut on my damaged and overly long hair. She was very easy to chat with and I will certainly recommend her to friends.
Horrible! Took my son in to get his haircut today. Asked for a little longer on the top so he could spike it up and short on the sides. Stylist literally took less then 10min to cut his hair. I got him in the truck and holy crap!! His hair is AWFUL! She did a hack job to my poor baby's hair! No blending and didn't even fully shave off his "bangs"! I spent $28 on this!!! Horrible! Will never go back nor will I ever recommend! This lady needs re-training or maybe find a new line of work. I'm still in shock. My husband ended up having to shave my poor baby's hair to make it look decent. Really should have gone in and demanded a refund! No way was I gonna let her touch his hair to even try and fix it. Honestly I don't want to give this review one star but it won't let me post with zero.
I think I just had the second worst haircut I ever had. Gina, who cut my hair was friendly yet very quick. When I got home, I checked out my haircut in more detail and it looked like a blind person cut my hair with a butter knife. I have a nice jagged divot on one side of my head and it's just awful in other places. Now I have to go elsewhere to get it fixed, but I know what that means... super short haircut. Extremely frustrated!
