I come to supercuts for touching up my grays every two week with Mimi, the reason I come here is it's affordable and quick. Recently, Supercuts in the area have been taken over by another entity and they have increased the grey touch ups from $40 to $60!! They have very strict rules, no discounts at all and it has lost the neighborhood feel. Having said that I will still go until Mimi is are there, she is great! She is leaving soon so time to find a new place.
What an easy experience, we made a phone call and booked. Peter is such a pro, he was quick! He's been doing it for decades. The shop had a nice retail section, professional hair products galore! He made good recommendations but was not pushy at all. Great brands in stock! Clean and smelled fresh inside. I totally recommend this place. Everyone was pretty nice including the lady that answered the phone, very accommodating!
Just left the shop about 10 minutes ago and when I got home I need to repair it myself! This guy DON'T know how to cut hair! He just let his electric razor go over your head! He missed a lot of spot specially the hairline above your ear! I have unlimited but will NEVER go back to this place ever! He keeps blaming the light! I will NOT recommend this place to my friends and family! When you enter the shop, he is in the far left corner! Forgot to get his name because I'm upset! To the management , please train your employee!
I have come here before to get haircuts, and every time I have noticed a little something wrong with my hair afterwards... Usually it's some noticeably longer pieces than the rest of my hair (which is annoying but doesn't bother me to the point of complaining...) this time when I went to go get my hair cut last week my hair turned out TERRIBLE. Bless the lady she was nice but she did a terrible job on my hair. Too much length was lost and she make my hair so CHOPPY... I could've done a better job in high school on these layers... I'm very disappointed and not coming back. If you're looking for a good haircut don't bother, it's worth it to spend the extra money.
First time visiting this establishment and wasn't sure what to expect. I made an appointment online. It was a Tuesday morning and I was greeted by a very nice woman who turned out to be my stylist, Sarah. She was friendly, professional, asking me about how I wanted my hair with each section she worked on. I have a short haircut and and she made sure that I was pleased before she went on to the next section. I felt she was attentive to my needs. The salon was clean and bright and all local covid precautions were followed. I would definitely come back and ask to have Sarah do my haircut.
