Updated review to show picture of scar from his haircut, because even if your child isn't wiggly someone's lack of technique will mean they'll get cut during the haircut.

Awful experience here. I have been here multiple times and usually get what I ask for but not this time. I clearly stated I wanted just a trim and I left there with hair that isn't even an inch long on the sides and back it looks more like a man's haircut even though I am very much a woman. I can't do anything with it and I refuse to leave the house it looks so awful I just want to cry. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

So when you call and make an appointment, you're not actually making an appointment, you're calling ahead and will probably have to wait, though I only waited about 12 minutes after my appointment should have started. My hairdresser was nice, I showed her a picture of a previous haircut I had done that I wanted again, and the haircut came out just okay. While I was in there chair there were probably 4+ people coming in that wanted their haircut and were getting sent away because of the wait, and I think my hairdresser felt pressured because of this, it was honestly the fastest haircut of my life, though I don't think that's a positive statement. I also got a blow-dry, which usually puts a nice wave into my hair when done correctly, but I think she was in such a rush she just dried it as fast as possible and not really thoroughly because my hair was all frizzy afterwards and I had to go home and re-blow-dry it. If I had known I'd just have had it washed and cut and not paid the extra for the blow dry. Anyway, $40 later after tip and I'm not sure I'll ever be returning here.
