This place does not even deserve a one star, my husband and I both got a really bad haircut from this place. Don't come to this location. The hairdressers don't make an effort to make your haircut look nice or how you actually want it done.

They are not very good at what they do, Take too long and they are not even friendly. Got a bad hair cut and the lady kept telling me over and over how my ends where bad. They're not that bad to keep telling me over and over. When the lady who cut my hair did it she cut it too blunt and straight. Hated it because she did that on my top layers had too go too another place and get it fixed. BIG waste of money
What is the point in using their app to make an appointment with a specific time?? We walk in 10 minutes before my son's 2:45 appt and are told it will be an hour wait as there are 4 people ahead of him. So if they just fit us in with the walk-ins, why even has an appointment? Lost a customer forever!
