Super Nails & Hair Salon in Newark, NJ

The usual staff was not in,I sit and wait than people start coming in and walk straight to the nail techs I ask"whats going on "I was told don't worry,I have someone for you" (after 45 minutes)I go to the area where usually only manicures are done found that strange I have been coming for years I comply there was woman whom I NEVER so do nails before,ready to do my nails..I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years so I would know how it's done. The lady kept talking on the phone,talking with coworkers..what happened to tending to the customer,no courtesy or respect..never said excuse as she talked on the phone..TAMMY whom is courteous,respectful,and kind was not there..her stand in was sarcastic,and nonchalant with her attitude when I was trying to explain what wasn't being done correctly,the chick(wouldn't consider or call her a nail tech)had no personality and was just there.When someone patronizes your buisness learn to treat them with RESPECT..WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT????,we need to stop spending our money where we are expected not RESPECTED!!! SHAME ON YOUR SUPERNAILS YOU SUCK!!!!

Don't get the Gel in your natural nails. I went there on a Saturday and 2 days later my si called gel was falling off. I went back there and showed them. They did the nail over and 2 days later it and another nail polish came off again. I will never go back there again. Now, I have to go somewhere else and pay to get them all done again

I love this nail salon. I've had a great experience each and every time I've ever come. The service is always fast, the nail techs have always been really nice to me. I especially love that the service isn't rushed which leaves me satisfied and a returning customer.

I go to this salon purely out of convenience. There work is decent..I've had better done..and prices are okay. I usually go to get a gel manicure and pedicure that's it. As I started to get familiar with the nail techs another customer suggested I go to Myra. WORST advice I ever took. She is very rude and have a DISGUSTING attitude. I'll admit I am meticulous about how my nails look but what woman isn't? Especially if I'm paying you to do a service! Bottom line DO NOT go there, unless you want to deal with nasty costumer service this should be your last resort!

I go here sometimes because it's right around the corner from my house so it's convenient. I love going here for my eyebrows because they do them just right! I only go to Queen for my eyebrows so if you ever decide to come here go to Queen. As far as nails they do a decent job here I wish they can do certain designs I like but they don't. Sometimes they don't make the shape too of the nails to good which is annoying because I'm paying for you to do a good job smh. Some days they do them good. The wait can get really crowded on the weekends so I suggest getting there at 10am when they open up
