Sunrise Nails in Woodbury, MN

I just had the worst experience here and I wish I had seen the genuine online reviews beforehand as would never had gone to sunrise nails Redhill in the first place. I have never felt the need to say anything during having my nails done before but not only was my hand bent aggressively, arm twisted intentionally the wrong way and my finger literally hyperextended to show me the shape! Was the final straw. My skin was also fiiled, nail bed burnt and this hurt me so badly they changed the person for me. From seeing other reviews this is a pattern at this salon. Be warned my acrylics not only look awful me being passive still paid for the experience!! They don't seem to be resolving the poor service being given...as well as randomly advising you an inflated pricing.. Will Never go here again

I like the staff that work here. They do quality manicures and pedicures. The place is very clean and relaxing!

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! Go somewhere else! I had an appointment booked with my girls to get our nails done for my wedding. The lady spent an hour doing my moms pedicure and less than 20 MINUTES ON MY PEDICURE! It looked horrendous! My feet were peeling and nails were uneven. When I pointed out how horrible the nails looked the lady said "okay" and started cleaning up the space. She made no attempt to fix the mistake or make it better. I was supposed to get my finger nails done too but HECK NO! I wasn't about to have those messed up too. We went straight to another salon and they were able to fix my nails. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Beautiful salon I have been going to this location for a year or more and have always had a great service and nails Quinn has been my nail tech last couple visits and she goes above and beyond make sure my nails look good and I like them has helped me on holidays for nail appts even stayed late to take care of my when she was busy and running late for appt time! She's terrific and would definitely recommend

I left in tears, real crying tears. I made an appointment for myself and my daughter to spend some time together on Mother's day each getting a pedicure and her getting a fill on her nails. I had no expectation of getting in and out or not waiting it is Mother's day and we were in no rush and I was positive they would be busy. My appointment was at 1pm. At 140 they put us in chairs not a big deal at all. They filled the tub with water but did not turn on the jets, I asked if they would turn them on and someone came over pushed buttons, never turned the jets on (I think the jets were broken). So after about 25 minutes the water was just stagnant and getting cold. At this point my daughter's pedicure was almost done. After 45 minutes I just put my shoes back on. As they finished my daughter's pedicure they then advise me that they are too busy and cannot do her nail fill they apologized that they were running behind and offered me a facial or to come back tomorrow. I think they were unaware of the point of the day. I paid for her pedicure and we left . No words to even express how disappointing this was. We could choose any nail shop in Woodbury (there are several) and in the future we will choose any but this one, nor will we suggest to anyone. There was no crazy exchange of words or bad things said. I am not the type to make a public scene. I said absolutely nothing and we left. At $70.00 per pedicure and almost $50.00 for nails this is not a cheap venture, so my expectation was some relaxation and self care on Mother's day. I left crying with what was supposed to be the center of my mother's day completely ruined.
