Terrific pedi's, nails, and eyebrows. I won't go anywhere else. Friendly nail technicians and a pleasant environment too.

I have been coming here for probably a few months now and the service was really good at the beginning but it just seems like the owner, Josh has stopped caring less and less because when I ask him to do certain designs, he refuses me and others completely and says they take too much time for him.

There was a young lady with autism at your nail shop today who had An accident in your lobby and even though her mother and sister cleaned it up and bought her new clothing you refused to provide her service. You were more upset about the fact that you had to mop the floor because of her but can you imagine how she must have felt? Can you imagine the kind of courage it took her to come to your salon in the first place? What you did was beyond in human and deeply cruel. I will never give you my money again and I will make sure no one I know comes to Your Salon where disabled and handicapped individuals are treated as such.

This place is just awful. First I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. Turned into 45 minutes & that's not a big deal, I understand things happen, but they answered the phone while I was still waiting after 2 other woman just came in & told the person on the phone TEN MINUTE wait. Then I was seated, I told the man doing my nails that I wanted acrylic nails, short, matte, black square. The most basic nail.. NOT the gel because I just don't care for gel nails, to which I'm assuming he thought I just didn't want to pay the extra money and kept telling me "it's only $47", very loud and kind of embarrassing, and I told him I don't like gel because they chip easy.. he still used gel. After rushing through, when he was finished I noticed huge bubbles in my thumb nails, so I asked him nicely to fix it, I asked him to take all the GEL (that I didn't ask for) off and start over on all the nails. He did after some attitude, and this is what I was left with... these nails don't even fully cover my actual real nail..... I was disgusted after seeing them the second time. and I ended up just paying and STILL tipping, after sitting in that salon for over 2 hours, I was over it. He rushed and refused to slow down and take his time. He kept looking up and paying attention to everyone around him probably because he thought I was broke and wasn't going to tip.. I called and asked for a refund and for them to take them off of my fingers and he said no, that I can come in and have them fix them.. for the THIRD TIME.. I'd rather not.

They are so expensive. I did not like the service And they charged me the tip from my card without asking.
