This is the first time I did nails in this place. Sue is very warm and she does a great job. She takes in customers based on appointments. Her nails spa is a cute little place. She does pedicure and manicure and eyebrow threading and waxing. Sometimes she does nail art as well. Definitely recommend this place.
Sue is absolutely the best, and the best value you'll find anywhere! Not only does my manicure last for 3 weeks, but Sue has a great color selection, a wonderful massage chair, and most importantly, she's a ton of fun and makes the entire experience so pleasant.
I was in desperate need for a beach vacation manicure and because I waited until the last second I went with the first place I could get an appointment. Sue's was the one and I am so glad I landed here. She had a cancellation earlier in the day so I was lucky to snag that spot, otherwise she's usually booked up weeks in advance. It's a small room inside a large building but considering the pandemic, I was glad to not be in a huge room with lots of people. She was very friendly throughout the service. I was able to pick colors from a sample set she had available.
I went with a gel manicure and she did wonderfully! My hands and nails felt and looked beach ready afterwards and it was so reasonable! I've never been somewhere in or around Indy that had a gel mani for $25 but Sue does! I'll be back next time I'm in the market for a great manicure.
I started going to Sue during the pandemic as I was looking for something smaller with less people. Boy am I glad I did!! Everybody has an appointment which means NO WAITING! And she is hands down the best with my daughters ingrowns that she gets. I HIGHLY recommend Sue's Nails.
She has a great variety of colors and she is so knowledgeable. She helped me with my bad ingrown nails and helped cut my overgrown skin back very gently-- it was nearly painless! She's very attentive and thoroughly cleans all of her equipment/tools in between customers so I'm never worried about something being dirty or used. Uses nice hot stones and warm towels for pedicure. Highly recommend!
