Sueann's Nails & spa in Surfside Beach, SC

Very nice salon I have been going to them for years. It was nice when they were in myrtle beach but now with the new salon it is ghetto as hell. The owners wife have a nasty attitude. Anytime I went in I felt welcoming accept when the wife was there. Sometimes they even argue about who doing the next customer. I will never return back. Seems like once they feel comfortable with the clients seems like they don't do there best. I thought I would ever stop going here. Customer service sucks

Went in there to get my eyebrows done. Not vey friendly at all. Didn't say hello or welcome which was odd to me. Eye brows do not look good at all. I went in to have them shaped and they are not shaped. The girl was sighing the whole time like I was bothering her or something. She didn't even introduce her self. Total fail on costumer service and a waste of $12. Will not return!

The worst pedicure I have ever had - my toe is infected from a cut that the technician gave me.  Polish looks horrible!!  To top it off I just discovered that the owner added more to my tip on my credit card and that is illegal.  NEVER going back!!

Friendly staff, but awful nails!!! I love my acrylics and I always get them done at a salon who is 30mins away, they do a fantastic job! But I was sick of the drive and this salon opened up right down the street from me so I figured I try it. I first tried it and got a pedicure and it wasnt the best, my tech left in the middle to do a wax and my water was cold. I waited over 30mins for her to do "eyebrows" so I figured the client got something else too, so I excused it. I came back and wanted my acrylics re-done. I popped mine off and let my natural nails grow and get strong before I got a new set obviously. So I go in and I was passed around between the owner and to a new nail tech, she said she'd only done nails for a year so I got nervous, and she saw that and was like "Dont worry Im good!" And so I was a little reassured, but she gave me uneven length, and while we was putting the powder on it was clumpy and she kept packing it on, and my finger was burning and the more she put on the more my finger was literally weighed down!!! My nails fell off only 3 days after I got them done, Im currently supergluing them on! I am in NO way impressed!!!! Will not return, and please dont  visit this place unless you're looking for a horrible job!

Unprofessional & Overpriced. My daughter & I came here while on vacation and I should have taken a hint when we walked in on a Saturday and we're the only nail customers. There is also a hair salon inside and the man that was cutting hair started an argument with the lady that owns the nail salon. He was very disrespectful to her and continued to go on & on to the point that I was feeling really uncomfortable. The owners (a husband & wife) were friendly and I did get a nice pedicure from the man, but their kids age 6&7 were continually running around the shop even bouncing a big ball at one point. Between my daughter and I, we had pedicures, manicure and our eyebrows waxed and the lady was continually pushing more procedures. After I refused one  she continued to ask if I was sure 3 more times!  I think this was more irritating than anything else that was experienced except noticing that a chunk had been plucked out of my daughters eyebrow causing her to have to use an eyebrow pencil  2 days before school was starting back. Overall I think if the couple were to fire the rude man that was cutting hair and hire a baby sitter and some one else to do the waxing they could do well. I think they are probably just young  and new at this. Hoping this review will help them make some needed improvements.
