Nasty family - got scolded by the son stating that they might not be able to do mine and my daughters nails. Once they did take us, Sue came out, cut my nails too short and drew blood on two of my toes and one of my fingers. She was very aggressive and I would never go back there again

Wouldn't even give this one star. Been sitting here for 2 hours and multiple people have been in and out while I sat there!! Will definitely never return. The owner was also very rude

Terrible. My nails were not filed, wrong color, wrong shape, and I was cut. I asked for her to fix them multiple times and she never did. She cut my fingers and licked the blood that got onto her. There are also definitely some sort of rat or roach infestation going on in there. I was overall very uncomfortable and then payed $110 for short nails that she refused to fix.

There was a review on my screen when I opened it why. I have been to two different Sue Nail studios. I've learned that your service is dependent upon her presence. When she is there the positive reviews fit, when not there, the negative reviews are true. I'd fire some people if I were here. The anti American sentiment and reversed Prejudice are obvious and service is horrible. The service I've experienced with her ,though, was much different. She's better at hiding it I guess I don't go since it's unpredictable. A shame to dive 25 miles past it
