Front desk staff was non-existent for several minutes when I arrived for my appointment and no one was paying attention, but Lisa was great with understanding what I wanted and she really delivered.
Went here for the first time the other day. Called at 10:00 and asked if I could make an appointment for 11:30 that day and she said of course. The front desk girl was very nice! I have very curly hair and I just wanted to get it straightened. Diane was my stylist. My hair has never felt so smooth and looked so good straightened before! Diane was so nice, humble, and just a down to earth person. I will definitely be back.
Go to Erin. She did an amazing job on my hair and my mom's. She listened to exactly what we wanted and took her time making us feel pampered. We'll definitely be back to see her!
I tried several stylists here after my long time gal left the area. I was never really satisfied with the hospitality, the cut, the color or the blow out- although Paul exceptional and incredible and I hope he he opens his own place when he gets his Virginia license. I'm not picky or demanding nor do I require a lot of maintenance but I felt like like I like I was at a car wash here. It really burns me when I leave a 25 dollar tip and don't even get a thank you or eye contact. Come on, now- can't we be nice?
Lifesavers! I've been to them before and they are still one of the best places around. Thanks so much to Kim and Style By Design for getting me in so fast today! I had my hair cut somewhere else yesterday, and it was a huge FAIL and I really didn't want to go back to where I had that done, so I gave Style B/D a call and they fit me in right away. Kim was able to give me the cut I had wanted the entire time, so happy with her and the shop!
