Tried 6 sessions of the Cryoskin. Lost less then the guarantee by almost 2 inches and now the owner, Trina, wants to play Symantec's surrounding the "guarantee" Passed the buck onto the company that owns the machine and hid behind that "the Company doesn't know you (me) and I could have gone to McDonald's or drank a bunch of sugary drinks right after my session. Are you kidding? It is even more disappointing that the owner held a defensive stance vs an invitation to explore options . She did offer me a free session and it Didn't work the first six times and with her condescending words who would agree to that? She said 3x, "I don't have your $1800, the company does, We get very little of it....." perhaps that is the bottom line why she as a business won't stand behind what she offers. As a customer she certainly won't have your back. Buyer Beware a guarantee is only as good as the business behind it.
I waited a week to write this review, because I was so upset after my so called trim, which is what I wanted, but got the worst haircut of my life and I wanted to calm down before writing this review! I have only dealt with one stylist, so I WILL NOT say anything bad about any other stylist there, or the business itself. I have a wedding on June 15, so I decided I should get a little trim, so my hair would be nice for the wedding. I was so devastated after my cut, because my hair was cut so short and one side was so uneven and bare in a spot around my ear. When I went back the next day and talked to the stylist boss and the stylist was there, the stylist lied about things that were not true and said, "she was having a bad day!" Really, a bad day!!! I went to another stylist else where, for her to try and fix it for me, but the only thing she could do, was straighten out the uneven cut and could do nothing with the bare, uneven spot around my ear. Needless to say, I am TRULY UPSET about this whole experience and will NEVER go back to this salon, because of this horrible cut! The wedding is tomorrow and I am so self conscious of my hair now, that I have to wear a hat, headband or scarf when I go out in public. It will take awhile before this all grows out. The stylist has 22 years of experience and you would think after that many years of experience, this would never happen and should never happen! Again, this was the only stylist I have ever dealt with, so I will NOT say anything bad about any other stylist or the business.
