Very disappointed in Claudia. I had a last minute schedule change at work and had to cancel my appointment abruptly. As a repeat client, you would think she'd want my business. She didn't ask and instead said I'd have to pay an extra 50% as a rebooking fee on top of her original fee when I came in for service. When I'm looking to spend 100+ on service, it shouldn't be this way. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Last Saturday, I went to get my hair cut and shampooed. Claudia talked to me about my hair and made suggestions that were very helpful. She did an excellent job. I will definitely go back.

Had my hair cut at studio C yesterday and I love it. Julie cut it for me and she did a great job she cut just the right amount. I would recommend Julie to anyone who wants a good hair cut and style. Thanks Julie I will be back.

One of the BEST massages I've ever had! Stephanie and staff elevate your expectation for a relaxing experience. Don't let the quaint location fool you-these gals are some of the best massage therapists in the business, and they book up fast!

I don't even know where to begin other than a huge STEPHANIE IS AMAZING!

I was in Orlando/Sanford area a couple of weeks back on vacation from Austin to visit family. Part of my vacation experience was going on a 13 hour motorcycle ride out to the coast and back. It was my first time and I had absolutely no idea how much I would hurt after the fact. I don't usually get massages with random massage therapists as I'm a self-named massage snob and am incredibly particular of therapists. I can never seem to find anyone with enough strength to offer a TRUE deep tissue massage.

With that said, I was absolutely desperate to have someone work on me as I could barely walk or lift my arms from the soreness of the motorcycle ride. I did a quick search on Yelp for massage therapists and Knead2Relax came up along with Massage Envy. Again, I'm a massage snob and most Massage Envy are full of fresh out of school therapists. I appreciate them but that's not what I needed (plus, I hate their hard core pitch for membership. It's like dealing with a timeshare company.)

I checked out the Knead2Relax website and was pleased with the look so I gave it a try, even without any yelp reviews. Stephanie shared with me that she has been a passenger on motorcycles before and empathized with my pains. She knew EXACTLY what and where I was hurting. After an hour therapy at a great price in a beautiful salon, I was practically begging her to move to Texas. But nothing.  I think I'll make a special trip to visit my family and see Stephanie again in 3 months.
