Color, Cut & done in Style! All of the stylists were extremely professional and made myself and my daughters feel right at home. My stylist Alana was fabulous and the Biolage color she did for me was absolutely stunning. If your looking for a fresh new look for the fall, Studio B is the salon for you!
I would not trust anyone but KimBianchi with my hair! The new salon is beautiful! You are treated like family the minute you walk in (right down to coffee and treats which are always waiting for you!). Staff is super friendly and the quality of services is excellent. I would highly recommend this establishment!!
I recieved a gift card in March after the birth of my son. I am just now trying to redeem the gift certificate and am now being told that the signature on it is not the individual who signed it. So apparently somehow its forged by another employee who works there? let me get this straight if you allow your employees to give out gift cards either one you know they sign your name or two they sign their own. As a responsible owner of a business you probably should know these things, also you shouldn't intimidate your possible new clients by questioning the gift certificate. After asking if she was joking somehow the gift certificate is totally usable and not questionable anymore. Total turn off after that I would rather pay 100 bucks to get a gel mani and pedi then redeem this gift certificate. I'll just need to apologize to my friend who gave me this gift. Customer Service needs drastic improvement.
