The person who work on my hair was great but the salon itself was made to look better then it is. I noticed the small selection of products. The manager seemed to be in a bad mood idk if this effected my stay but she seemed to give me evil glazes and made me feel not welcomed. I don't think I'll come back. I did like the mood of the other workers and I'm glad I had a great haircut and the building seemed nice.
The nail tech, Latisha, is friendly and did a wonderful job on my acrylic fill. She offers all the options for a mani/pedi. The business is clean and has great customer service. I would be confident in having my hair cut and colored here as well in the future. It's hard being new to an area, and this business is a true find!
This place is amazing!! My whole family goes to Emma who is super talented!! She does the best job with color. She takes the time to listen to what I want and always makes it happen spot on. I am the pickiest person ever when it comes to my hair. I drive 1 1/2 hours from Naperville to get my hair done by Emma...worth the drive she is so good!!

This review is long overdue but well deserved! Jenna and Studio 718 are hands down, the best salon in the Illinois Valley! I went to Jenna for years and have never loved a stylist more! I could always count on her to make me look good and listen to what it was I wanted done with my hair. Even when I didn't know what I wanted, she would make sure to do the best for me! I live in Chicago now and for several years, I planned getting my hair done around my trips back home so I could still go to Jenna. Life has become much busier now so it's more challenging to get my hair done 2 hours from my current home but if I were closer, I would definitely still be going to Studio 718! I love this place, the people, the cleanliness, the comfort. It's the perfect salon!
