I love this little salon. The girls that work in there are so great. They've both been stylists for years and years. My hair is super complicated and take several hours to do between the bleach and toner, but I pay much less than what I would be paying at other places in the area. They also have student discounts, which is a plus. I highly recommend them.
Don't waste your time at this place. I don't think the woman running the place understands the idea of customer service. Every time I go in to try to use their "walk-in"service, I'm always told that they have too many appointments and can't serve me. Today I went in at 4:30 p.m. and there was one customer (only ONE) in the salon, and two stylists. All I wanted was a trim but was told I'd have to wait for the next opening at 7 p.m. REALLY? For a ten-minute trim? I'm starting to wonder if the staff is holding a grudge against me for some reason. Anyway, unless you are a long-term customer there and have a standing appointment, don't bother. These folks want to do the minimum possible and that means seeing as few clients as possible. Look for a REAL salon.
