From the moment my friend and I arrived, they did not know any of the people's appointments waiting 10 minutes to enter. My friend and I had a manicure pedicure appointment and had to remind them multiple times we only wanted regular and not gel. While getting our pedicures, the bath was overfilled and water spilled onto my shoes, getting them soaking wet. Both our manicures and pedicures were done by unsanitized tools, poor quality, and nails are mostly ruined now. My male nail tech had poor hygiene and smelled. I could understand the passive aggressive insults he was saying the whole time about my friend and I. The woman's acrylics being clipped next to me hit my arm while getting my manicure done.
was just in and the person that did my nails and it was only a fill that cost 45 which is high considering the website said 20 felt like she was rushing throgh my nails it was a glittery nail polish and only put two coats and you could tell parts of the nail got nothing and the nails are so sharp and they were so rough with my nails it was insane all in all nice looking but never will go back too expensive for unnecessary work I'll go back to my regular salon
