I've been in the shop now twice, once for myself and twice for my kids to get cuts. We were all long overdue because of Covid. The shop is in a Solara building which houses many different independent businesses. You need to dial from the outside to get access or call in advance. Ashleys booth is lived in and comfortable. Ashley kept us feeling safe with masks and the building had good safety protocols. She made both my tween and teen feel comfortable and did a great job with all of our hair. My tween in particular hasn't stopped preening in the mirror, she is ecstatic. Ashley is super friendly and listens to what you want. She was also quick and her prices are very reasonable. We'll be back :)
Ashley is so great and has been cutting hair for years! She's great at coloring and cutting hair and is so easy to talk to!! I would highly recommend.
I went here one time it was a terrible experience. Unprofessional staff sexually harrassed us, took our money and refused to give us a refund after she messed everything up. Our entired order was messed up as nd we ended up going somewhere else and having to pay twice. After sexually harrassing us I can't believe she has still a license.
Ashley is fantastic! I wrote a review earlier but for some reason didn't post so it has been a couple of weeks since I saw her. I just have to say, I love my hair!! She did a wonderful job and can't wait to see her again to keep it looking fabulous!
I went to Step It Up Styling for a new cut. Ashley was awesome. I love my cut and Ashely was so personable. I'll definitely be coming back!
