I've always been jealous of people that have a hair person they will travel to from wherever they are because they are the only one who can do what they do. After a lot of different experiences with different stylists, I finally found Jen at Steel Magnolia. She is my hair's soulmate and I couldn't recommend her any more highly. She did beautiful natural blonde highlights in my hair that I can grow into, and I couldn't be happier.
Only professionals work here! This is the only salon in the area where you will find all 5 stars. Ask for Jenn, you won't be disappointed with color or hairstyle.
After many failed salon experiences and disappointing results, I found this cute gem on Yelp & I'm so glad I booked an appointment! Jen was so sweet and an amazing hair stylist! I've always loved having a balayage but after my original hairstylist relocated I wasn't able to find someone who I trusted and or who would do my hair like I wanted so my hair was extremely damaged from the bleach & hair dye to the point it was just orange- I HATED it. That's when I found Steel Magnolia! Jen knew it was best to get my hair healthy first before attempting to bleach my hair all over again (other places kept over bleaching it after I voiced my concerns) and that's when I knew I could trust her. She recommended going short and just applying a toner so we did just that and honestly I don't think my hair has ever been this shiny, healthy and manageable. Great stylist, adorable place and convenient location! 10000000/10 recommend!
Gina did highlights in my hair the other day, they were amazing the blond is better color than I have ever had done. She did it fast and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! I will be back soon.
After moving here from San Diego, I was in search of a new stylist. As, you know for most of us, our hair is an important part of our appearance. Finding Gina, the owner, via Yelp and with such great reviews was a wonderful welcome to me. Gina, is a top notch professional with years of experience in both color and cuts. She listens and will work with you to see how she can create the color/cut you are wanting. She is fun to be with and cares about her clients.
