i went here maybe a week ago and my nails started falling off they chipped and they also broke in half. i've never had my nails break literally in half before. i'm not going here ever again. it should be more than a week my nails stay on because i paid 40 bucks for literally nothing. i also called them on a thursday and asked how much their refills were because i was going to give them another shot. they told me 25 dollars. So i go there and i walk in and they were like hi. I told them i had called about a refill and they told me they don't do them on thursdays. how does a nail salon not do refills on certain days. That's bs it's a NAIL SALON. i'm not going here again. i don't do anything hard duty with my hands. i work at a fast food place where i only take orders. i don't even cook. my ring finger snapped right in half this morning. i was sleeping when it happened. that's ridiculous
Coming all the way from Minneapolis Minnesota. I was nervous to visit but had an extremely pleasant experience. The only reason for my 4 star instead of 5 is because it's hard to get the shape I truly desire but they got closer than most salons. Highly recommend (and I'm picky) thank you so much!
