Worst experience ever the lady fucked yo my hair gotta go to another haircut place to get it fixed lazy ass workers there

Having recently moved to the area, I used the Sports Clips App on my phone to find the closest location. Unfortunately for me, it was this one. When I checked the app, it said that online reservations were unavailable and that the shop would open in five minutes (at 10 AM). Since they weren't open yet, I decided to drive there and arrived a few minutes after 10. I was surprised and angry to find a piece of paper taped to the front door listing the hours and showing as closed on Mondays (today). I understand that we've all had to make adjustments for the pandemic, but if you can take the time to go on your computer to print a sign with your hours, you can take the time to go onto your own corporate app (and other online places - like this one) and update your hours there as well. Is it really so hard for you? Or is it that you just don't care about your customers. I'll never find out how good (or more likely horrible, based on the other reviews here) your actual service might be. Since you've chosen to waste my time with your laziness, I've decided to not bother with you - ever.

Terrible service. don't get your hair cut here unless your prepared to walk your hairdresser step by step through your haircut. i walked in and scheduled a haircut, told them I would be waiting outside in my vehicle. After waiting over an hour and a half and no phone call I walk in and the hairdresser tells me that they kicked me off the appointment schedule. After waiting in the lobby for another 20 minutes I show the hairdresser a picture of my driver's license and tell her I want something like that. Immediately she runs the clippers up the back of my head all the way up and gives me what I can only describe as, a hillbilllies best drunken effort to cut his own hair with a broken mirror. It was crooked and Uneven everywhere it could be and once I told the hairdresser that she wasn't even close to what I asked for, she basically gave up trying and was going through the motions. sure she probably felt bad and didn't charge me for her failure but she doesn't have to walk around with the failure on her head. No comp, no can I offer you a coupon on your next haircut. Just a sorry I messed up, you don't have to pay.

The hairstylist and I tried to understand how to communicate when showing the picture of hair styles. I was pretty nervous if my boys looked good or not. I hoped the hair stylists followed it. After cutting the hair, I was so happy to see their fresh looking! The boys really loved it! I loved it too! Fantastic job! Thank you!
