Do not go see Zach. Horrible haircut! My son has thick hair with waves/curls. This was the fastest haircut we ever received! Zach was over confident & the end result was an unfinished look with uneven cut & hair strands tailing in different areas and the buzz on sideburn was not clean--overall unsatisfactory! An email was sent to the "contact us" and a response was received to provide the location--that was since 9/2! As of date, no one has reached out to rectify this! Forget the tip next time--especially if it's not deserved!

Every time I need a haircut I go here , I work in a restaurant and need my hair as short as possible,for food safety purposes, I just say take it down to the skin, and they do! I go back every two months.

Went to go get a trim and they ended cutting all trimming all my hair except for one really long piece at the top had to go to to another barber just to get it fixed

The online check in system is a little confusing; we weren't sure when we could go in until the check in process finished and it told us they would take us immediately. We went in about an hour later and didn't end up having to wait, but it would be nice to just be able to schedule an appointment for a specific time. The parking lot and building are a little confusing, so we parked a little far away. Not a huge deal, but not super convenient. They have touch screens to check in on when you get in. Check in was fast and easy, and a stylist was ready after about a minute of cleaning up from her last client. When we got in the stylist was very nice, confirmed the specifics of the cut before starting, and explained that they'll do free neck trims between cuts. She asked about putting product in it after finishing the cut and again confirmed how to style. They also give free cuts to vets on Veterans Day. Previous review had some confusion about operating hours; the hours currently posted on the door are M-F 10am-7pm, Sat 10am-5pm, and closed Sunday.

For nearly two years I've gotten my haircut here. Then the weekend after thanksgiving I stopped by to get a haircut. The website said they open at 9 but when I arrived at 945 the doors were locked. I looked for a sign with their hours, but it was posted on one of the doors inside the store along with a note stating that they would be opening an hour later due to staffing issues. My first thought was that if they have staffing issues they must also have management issues, so I decided to avoid this place. The following day I went to the west side location but was told that they wouldn't have me in their system since I only visited the east side (oh the perks of a franchise!). I decided to swallow my pride and headed back to the east side - I figured it was the middle of the day and they should be open. When I arrived a gentleman greeted me. He spoke with another stylist who said she was busy cleaning and couldn't take me. So the guy brought me to a chair and I confirmed with him that they had notes on how I wanted my haircut. He then started asking me about my hair, did I really wear it that short and how fast does it grow. I let him know when the last time I was in for a haircut and said that it didn't grow that fast but it grew nonetheless. He proceeded to cut my hair, but when I felt the clippers on the top of my head I asked him to stop. As I looked into the mirror I could see that he was shaving my head! I told him that my notes should say that I liked it buzzed short around the sides and about 2 inches left on top. He asked me what I wanted him to do - saddened I said to just finish it up since there no way to bring it back. I looked in the mirror - I looked like a prisoner who just got booked into prison. I was sad, not furious, and I think he could tell that I was very disappointed. He said he would update my notes and let me go without paying. I guess there's a reason why people are willing to spend $40 on a haircut - because they know and trust their stylist. I guess I'll be paying $40 for a haircut, once it gets long enough that I'll need one (which could be about six months now). BTW - the lady who said she was busy cleaning was soon sitting down talking to a customer once the guy brought me to a chair. Staffing issues, management issues...it doesn't matter here anymore.
