They are not consistent. Called to see about checking in o line or walking in said to walk in as the online is down . I walked in with 3 children and they had a 3 hour wait due to the online queue!! I would have checked in online but since they told me to walk in I did. Then they were rude when I told them what I was told!!! Go elsewhere!

I stopped unexpected bc my son needed a hair cut. We got there at 5:45 pm on a Sunday and realize it was close to closing, however still taking appts. I went next door to Kroger to waste time as he sat - came back bc I was done and too hot to stay in car. He still wasn't helped. I sat down for another 10 mins and then was told across the room that I needed a mask. I stated I'm fully vaccinated and don't need one. However, I was more than happy to go get my mask. She stated that I did and that I can't go without a mask until June 2nd. Because she was incorrect- I stated that is for everyone else but still walking to the door to get my mask . My thought was if were you are going to quote a mandate that you need to know it. She told me to lose my attitude and to go get my mask! It's a good thing that I honestly didn't lose my cool. Who treats a customer in that manner? I stated I was vaccinated- stated I would get my mask -and then told to lose my attitude???? It's a good thing this person does not work for me bc customer service certainly is NOT HER STRONG POINT! I don't have her name but she has dark brown hair and pulled back in a ponytail.

I always have a great experience when I go to this place. Staff is very friendly. I always request Pam to cut my hair when she is on duty. She does a great job and her MVP services are outstanding. Online check in is very easy and the waits times are fairly accurate. The place is also clean and they take COVID-19 precautions seriously.

Do not go there! I walked in with a mask on covering my mouth but I cannot breathe in those with my nose enclosed. Immediately a chubby , rude employee attacks me about not wearing my mask correctly. She was instantly nasty. I told her it doesn't make a difference anyway and she got even nastier. Then another customer walked in and she made a nasty comment while looking at me saying " now this is how you wear a mask". I had already pulled my mask up to cover my nose within a minute of being in the location. She treated me very disrespectful. I was pissed and called her an Ahole . After my haircut from another employee I paid and told the rude lady due to her horrible attitude I will never be back in any Sports Clip. She then starts arguing with me about masks and then starts yelling Bye Bye continuously. I called her a f ing idiot and walked out. I am 58 not some young punk she can try to abuse. I hope management has the balls to respond. GGK

This place is never managed well and never seems to have enough stylists. It's not the first time I've been estimated to be ready in 10 minutes, then sat waiting over a half hour. I recommend somewhere else.
