The store manager was rude and aggressive towards me about my 4 year old wearing a mask. When I complied and put a mask on him that the store provided she tried to touch my child's face. I properly asked her not to touch my child and she kicked me out of the store. Then I asked for the district manager's information and she told me she would not give it to me. Finally she did and we left. If the mask was that big of a deal then why would she over step her boundaries and not practice social distancing by trying to touch my kids face? This manager lacks the professionalism to run a store that should exhume positive customer experience!

My husband loved this place. They did a great job, even had a massage. Said he's going back!

I've been frequenting this Sports Clips location for several years now and am always willing to recommend to everyone. I'm not the type that likes his hair cut by different stylist in different occasions. And even for me requesting an individual stylist each visit, I still rarely wait more than 15 minutes. For the most part, I'm in and out with a fresh cut in 30-45 minutes. Jenn is my requested stylist by the way. She's friendly, casual and most importantly listens and understands how I like my hair. She also cuts and styles my three sons' hair regularly. We couldn't be happier, and I've never had one single complaint. The rest of the staff is also always friendly, and the place is clean. And you can't complain about a free Dum-Dum; flavor of your choice. And you get a free haircut the month of your birthday, and if you keep up with your punch card you always get discounts. The card chip reader has been malfunctioning for some time now. And my last visit, the 60" tv in the front waiting area was starting to age. Both need some upgrades. However, again, I couldn't be more pleased with the overall performance, cleanliness, and attitude of this location and my stylist.

First time there I got the best haircut I've ever had. I don't think I will go anywhere else unless the stylist does. I'll be back!!

I love this place. I cant wait to grow more hair so I can go back. My barber was really cool and definitely pay for the MVP service. I enjoyed the cut, hair washing, massage and great hair products. I cant say enough my barber Miranda C she rocked. I didn't wait to long for being after 4:00 o clock on a Friday.
