Great haircut. Kaylee couldn't have been nicer. Really fun to talk to also. Can't go wrong.
The first time I went there, the manager was my barber and she did a decent job which is why I left 2 stars. This was my second time; I asked for a simple fade and I got a straight up shaved side. I gave the barber clear instructions before but little care was taken. She didn't take her time and rushed through it. The experience was rather dull and the conversation uninteresting. The barber didn't try anything to make it right as well. Bad service, bad experience. Will not return.
I always have a great experience at this shop. There are many great stylists at this location, but Meranda is the best. She is professional, funny and most of all, she always knows the exact haircut that I want. She has performed my cut three times and I have been extremely happy with each one. Thanks to the owners for this great hire and I look forward to my next hair cut. Greg Simbeck
Miranda is the best! I was originally waiting for Veronica but the wait time went from 13 minutes to 44 minutes for no reason so luckily Miranda was available (not sure where Veronica went!). There was almost no one there when I got there, which was a little unusual because normally this place is super busy. Miranda was pleasant and professional. She checked in with me to make sure thing were looking good throughout the cut. I did the MVP package so that all the loose hairs got washed out before I went back to work. My favorite part was the scalp massage. She didn't use too much pressure nor too little. It was the goldilocks of massages! Highly recommended!
The friendly and talented team at the Har Mar Mall in Roseville are first rate, top shelf, best in class stylists. I've used just two of their team over the past three months: Karlie and Jasmyne. Both are excellent stylists. Great listeners to your haircut needs and desires, and the follow-through is second-to-none. As a someone who stuck with the same stylist for 26 years at a high-end salon, I was frankly a bit nervous to turn my golden locks over to just anyone. I inevitably took a chance on Sport Clips after reading many positive reviews, and now I'm thrilled to bring my loyalty to the talented pros at this location. I'd highly encourage anyone to take a chance with Karlie or Jasmyne and I'm extremely confident you won't be disappointed.
