I have not had a haircut in a salon in 3 years due to the lockdown. My husband had cut my hair during that time.
Today, I went back to Sport Clips and had Ernesto as my stylist. He was outstanding... he took extra time with me to make sure he knew what I wanted. Plus Sport Clips had kept my info in their data-base from before.
He gave me tips on how to blow-dry my hair for maximum results -- he was thorough, friendly, and totally professional -- Thank you !!

We always have 5 star experiences here! I love how they treat my boys! (6 & 10) I often get a haircut trim here too (even though it's mainly a men's spot) because I love the MVP experience which includes hot towels, massage, shampoo & haircut. Love it! There is a dunkin donut & IHOP next door for the kiddos or mall for older kids. Suckers after haircuts for kids. Definitely check in online; they book up fast on weekends especially.

Well what is the use of an online check in system??? Checked in online and had a 57 minute wait. No problem until I showed up at the store. After waiting there for almost 20 minutes, the person who was to cut my hair took a different customer back. So now my 57 minute wait time was going to include an additional 40 minutes of waiting in the store. Are you kidding me? Me and a sweet old lady were the only 2 people in the waiting area. The girl behind the counter responded "well wait times aren't exact". How can they be so unexact when you have almost no customers (1pm on a weekday) and I just checked in an hour ago. Some people have a life/a job/ other appointments. This isn't a doctors office where emergencies and other conditions may apply. What a joke. Avoid this corporate nightmare and find a local barber to support. This place deserves to be run out of business.

I came in for my first Covid 19 haircut.  First off you will need to check in by the app since the wait list is long.  Once you are in the staff of stylists take great care of you as you come in for your haircut.  Time to come back and be shorn.

Hair stylist answered multiple phone calls, talked to multiple people that walked in - in the middle of my haircut, which would've been fine if there hadn't been 4 other people working, I am explaining her eagerness to help them to highlight how non - focused she was on my cut.

Not only did she poorly communicate about what I wanted she totally destroyed my hair lol. Way too short and super uneven in the front. She barely looked at my head or paid attention to me during my cut. She said she works at 12 different stores i forget her name

Stylist pushed my head forward and backwards way too roughly and didn't ask me to look down very effectively or politely.

Pushed too hard on the razor and my skin was pinched

I had to tell her that I wanted my back square and that I wanted it tapered (i realized wasn't even tapered after getting home)

I had to ask to see the back which ive never not been asked.

Just chopped my hair so care-free that it was painful to watch lol
