I showed a picture of what I wanted before she even did anything. Only after doing my toes in the wrong color blue I might add did she tell me nobody could do the design I wanted. The only reason I c hose the colors is that they were part of the design I showed her in the beginning. Best part? She then charged me $70 for a basic manicure and color change on my toes? Are you kidding? I didn't even get what I came in for and now I don't have the money to go across the street and have them do it. Beware because they clearly do NOT care. Horribly unprofessional as well. Went in to speak to someone in charge and this woman #1 poked me in the shoulder and #2 demanded to know why I told him she said nobody could do the design. Seriously?
We called and made an appt for 5 people. We did this to make sure we all could have our feet done at the same time. They made the youngest of the group (4th grade) wait to we all were done because they didn't have enough people. Hence the reason we called. I know, things could be worse but it's the lack of consideration. And when I asked when the 5th person was going to get started, they all just stared at me.
Careful who you get to do gel nail fill. They assigned me to a new young man who must have just started doing fingernails. Took him almost an hour for a fill and during the drilling and filing phase I was cut and bleeding on at least 4 of my 10 fingers. Needless to same very sore and swollen. Definitely needs more practice.
Arrived and was seated right away for pedicure. Can't remember the older gentleman's name but he was very funny and entertaining and so thorough with it. Then Cap seated me to do my nails and I love them. If ever in the area again I'll be back. A+++ he changed my shape per request and did a great job
