If I could give 0 stars I would. Came to this location for a girls day. Never again. Was looking at the polish colors and the pedicure lady jump up and told me no I could not look at the colors. She was very rude and disrespectful. How am I suppose to choose my colors if I can't pick up the polish.
Could have had better customer service, My ladies were great- especially Thuy. But the older lady that took care of my mother was rude/meanto her !! And no help. HOWEVER: fast and good work on mine! Very clean!
8/31/2022. I decided to give Spa Nails a third try. The young lady (younger with longer hair) doing my pedicure got up set when I asked her to clean the heels of my feet a little better. You could see a white line around the middle of my heel. She informed me that she couldn't go higher because it would hurt me. I asked so do I need to pay more for her to do it? She then got loud and said she was not allowed to go higher. She then handed me the bar and I did it myself. Which perplexed me because clearly there's a white line which indicates dead skin and she was ok with the work she had done and not so concerned about the white line (dead skin) And what her finished work (my feet) looked like! This is disappointing! I will pay more for great service. I will go somewhere else.
I went for a pedicure and fill in.. The young lady started drilling the gel polish off my toenails.. I informed her that it was burning.. She rudely commented that I have gel and it would burn because she has to drill.. I asked her if she would use the cotton price with acetone to have that particular toenail to soak.. she kept repeating that I have gel polish, the. Stayed someone else would do my feet... I replied that's fine and she attempted to push my foot back in the water.. Horrible customer service! I did not continue my services and took my business to another salon. I won't be returning
I decided to give them A try bc honestly nuts the only nail shop close to this area but they really aren't good at service
