Owner is a HORRIBLE person! Rude to clients AND employees. Talks about everyone, including clients, and laughs at you as soon as you leave the salon. DONT GO!

I would give it a minus 5 stars if I could! I made an appointment with Julie (the salon owner) for 3:15 on a Saturday. I arrived for my appointment on time. She was still working on someone else's hair when I walked in. She greeted me and said she was just finishing up. It was almost 30 minutes later when she finished. She finally spoke to me and said sorry for the delay. I told her I was about to leave if I had to wait much longer. She said you can go ahead and leave now, so that's what I did. She is rude and I will never step foot in her salon again! It's amazing how people want you to respect them and their time, but they don't respect you or your time. What is the point of having an appointment if you're going to have to wait 30 minutes!?!? When I told Julie how rude she is and disrespectful of others, then she told me to leave or she was going to call the cops. I told her I was going to post this review and she said she didn't care. I replied, it's very obvious you don't care. I sat in my car to post this review. As I was leaving the parking lot, two fultondale police cars pulled in. Julie called the police!! Julie is CRAZY for your own sake stay far, far away from this woman and her salon. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD - DO NOT GO. I wish I had read these reviews before I made my appointment. Lesson learned. Please believe all the negative reviews posted here. It isn't the staff, it's the owner!!
