Ok, I'm mainly doing this review for all my bros out there that feel they are too manly or just plain scared to get waxed.
My journey with SOS Wax started about a year ago really, when my wife came home from her appointment and asked me why more men don't get waxed but expect their women too...and why she was doing it but not me! Well, great observation and question my love! We were getting ready for a vacation to Punta Cana, DR so I thought why not??? I called up SOS and asked to get an appointment as early as possible and requested Julie because that is who my wife recommended and she is also the manager. I was given a few dates and realized that I had better get this done sooner than later before I changed my mind LOL. I asked if I could walk in with Julie and was told yes and to come on in.
Since that first appointment a year ago, I've been going to see Julie on a monthly basis. She is an absolute professional and is extremely knowledgeable. She also really knows how to put her clients at ease and make them feel comfortable. My wife and I usually schedule back to back appointments with Julie each month and couldn't be happier. This is definitely better than trying to stay clean and fresh using trimmers, razors or whatever else.
If you haven't tried out getting waxed, I highly recommend you check out their wide variety of services and give them a shot...and definitely ask for Julie!
Malia was great! Facility was clean and the price was reasonable. I made an appointment but they take walk ins which is nice.
Not a good experience at all. They make you put a card on file sign up to email lists just to get an appointment. I don't recommend anyone put their card on file with any small business like this at all. Small places like this get hacked all the time. Be careful.
I wanted to try a new place for waxing, I've been here twice at this point and honestly, I am so happy with the service. I go for Brazilian waxes every 4-6 weeks and the ladies that I've had have never disappointed! They're so detailed, they really try to get every single hair, if the wax doesn't get it all, they will take their time and tweeze. I've been satisfied with my Brazilian every time. Not only is the service great, but so is the guest service, they're always so sweet and respectful, thank you ladies !
