Allie at the Allie's Elite Skin Care totally ripped me off. Paid in advance for 3 sessions. I was able to get one and then the cancelations and excuses started. I asked for a refund and she's ghosted me. The manager of the the business won't do anything to help. He's "embarrassed" ....man up Scott. You're no better than her for allowing unscrupulous business owners to lease where you manage. Very disappointing. It's legal thievery.
Horrible experience. Went to Brittany and got charged $340... she totally ruined my hair and when asked to fix it she told me no and to not use purple shampoo ? Lol save your time and money. Scammed?
Trying to make an appointment with Jason Posey. He canceled our last appointment because he was sick, which was very understandable. I told him to reschedule me when he got better. He never followed up. I didn't think much of this because his work and we all can forget :) Fast forward, I moved away from the area but now I'm back and trying to get a hold of him as been impossible. No text back, called, no call back. Called Sola Salon and ask to see if he still works there and they confirmed and told me that he even has the same number :'( I'm so disappointed. Maybe he doesn't remember that my mom and I used to go there but out of respect I expected any type of response even if it was, "I'm booked for the rest of the year or I can't work with you ladies anymore or I don't like you all" lol Oh well! Maybe he will read this eventually and things will clear up :) or not :P -Dulce.
Went to L Bre on yesterday after booking my appointment last minute. L Bre rearranged her schedule to accomodate my request. Hair came out beautiful once again.
I had my hair done by L. Bre and although she was nice and quick my hair is really bad. I am headed out of town for a formal event and am trying to find someone else to do my hair when I get there. I have never experienced this...my hair looks like it has been blow dried. I left my hair wrapped and this is the first time I have taken it down since leaving the shop. It has been 24 hours.
