I found SOI on yelp and thought it was cool that they had some discounts listed-- 50% off of eyebrow threading or 1 free eyebrow threading service. Come to find out as I'm paying they do not honor either of these promotions and are fully aware that they are still listed on their yelp page. Just a heads up for new customers like myself as that was a bit misleading. As for the actual service I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time here at SOI. They look better than they did when I came in, I walked in and was serviced right after I checked in, and she was very gentle compared to what I've experienced in the past.. so I'm happy about that. I would probably come back here to have my eyebrows threaded.
I usually have zero issue driving out of my way to come to this location because in the past I've loved the work. So much that I prepaid for multiple threading services at once. It was a deal I couldn't pass up. I do regret that decision as my brows are now different sizes since the last three visits. (The last girl who did them was excellent!) Also the hours of operation are false. They will stop seeing people before closing time, even though they already have my $$$. Not thrilled at all. Unfortunately I do have a few more threading services left before I peace out.

Good place to get your eyebrows threaded. You don't need an appointment. I haven't had any other services here, so I can't speak to anything other than threading. If you thread regularly, you know there is no perfect place for it. But SOI locations are generally reliable, pretty clean, service is fast enough, and the women working are nice.
Just as an observer waiting for my friend to finish her services... For waxing none of these girls use sanitary procedures. Nobody wearers gloves and they do not change the sticks for waxing. I just witnessed somebody get their neck waxed and not once was the stick changed. She just kept dipping the same stick into the wax! As a licensed aesthetician that is not ok!!! That disgusting and extremely dirty
