While the atmosphere was nice, I must give a low rating for the quality of work. I got my nails done last Friday afternoon by Sunday my SNS manicure already chipped. The first clue should have been that this shop does not have many SNS powder options so I doubt they do SNS manicures that often. In the past I've had SNS manicures that have lasted for almost a month with nail growth being the only indicator that the manicure was old. I did not hit my nail on anything and don't use any harsh chemicals that would have caused this to happen. Yet here we are a week later and 3 of my nails are chipped and the SNS powder is peeling. Not sure if the powder is old or the application was poor. I think the SNS manicure should be taken off the list of services since there aren't many options and the powder isn't lasting.

If I could review this place lower, I would. I walked in first thing in the morning and asked for a pedicure. I was welcomed and told to pick a color. And that's where it ended as a decent experience. The tub was filled with cold water and then had to be scooped out to make it warmer. To which it only got lukewarm. My technician was extremely distracted answering the phone and her personal phone multiple times. There were 2 other people there and no one was answering. I barely got a pedicure as no time was dedicated to the actual trimming or work. Barely 20 mins and it was done. With the distractions. I'll never come back here again. Serious waste of money.

My 65 dollars (without tip) ombre acrylic tips/ gel nails look good from afar, but up close they look like I applied press-on nails at home. The acrylic tips are not covering the nail bed completely on 60% of the nails (which is causing lifting), I have nicks from the drill, and I have had a throbbing feeling in my thumbs for three days. My 33 dollars (without tip) pedicure looks like a five painted them and used scissors to trim them. When I booked the appointment(s), I had asked for a gel manicure with the fake nails. My appointment was made with Valora with Barb as the technician. When we arrived for our appointment on Sunday at 11:00, I showed Barb a picture of the nails that I wanted. She then told me that the appointment was only made for a gel polish and that the picture looked ombre and only the owner could do those (Valora). Barb called the owner who said she would come in and do the full set. I had asked Barb how long they usually take and I was told around an hour and a half. Valora arrived at the salon around 11:30ish and started process after discussing the picture actually showed double bubble polish. She seemed rushed, hair was still soaking form the shower, and she had a 12:00 appointment for a fill-in. She remarked about how quick she had gotten with this skill and she was finished with my nails by 12:15, which was around 45 minutes. My nails did look excellent and I was pleased until that evening when I thought my thumbs would explode in pain. I actually had to make a trip to Rite Aid to get some pain reliever. The next day the throbbing was still there and as the day progressed the acrylic tips seemed to be lifting. The salon is closed on Mondays, so I waited until Tuesday to call and spoke to Valora about the sides/ lifting and how I was not pleased with my nails. She repeatedly told me this is what I asked for the "natural look", and that if she fitted the nails completely it would be more square/ boxy. I told her that they looked like press-on nails from the sides and that the "natural look", what actually fit my "natural nail". She said that I could come in at 6:30 (she would stay late) and she'd fix my nails. I arrived early to the salon and decided to use the gift certificate that my mother had purchased for a pedicure while I waited. My technician was Charlie, and it was absolutely horrible. The callus treatment was done with little lotion and my toenails where clipped so close and uneven to the skin that I am afraid that I may get an ingrown toenail or even an infection. The paint is all over the cuticles and skin, well the pictures show the rest. Valora had walked by before the nail polish application and ask if everything was alright, and my response was yes, since I hadn't had the five year paint them yet. When Charlie was finished he put my flip-flops back on and went to the next customer, so I just sat there for ten minutes until I got up myself, walked over to the dryers, and turned it on for 4 minutes. When I went outside I was able to see the pedicure and was appalled! At this point, I decided that I did not want to return to this salon, and that I wanted a refund for my nails. I did not trust Valora to fix them, since she had already hurt my nails, that she kept saying this is what I had asked for, and that she had hired someone like Charlie. When I returned I express these feelings to Valora and showed her my pedicure, she kept insisting that she could fix my pedicure/ nails. I did not want her to fix them because I was afraid that this would cause more damage and that I wanted a refund. Either provide a refund to rectify your wrong or I will leave reviews. In the end, I did not receive a refund for the nails or the pedicure. I did however receive 11 dollars for a color change for the pedicure. I have referred three people, bought two gift certificates, and spent my birthday gifts at this salon (117 dollars). I know people get rushed, cut corners, and basically have bad days; but own up to your mistakes.

I needed my nails done and decided to get my eyebrows waxed as well. They did an amazing job on the nails , however, I would not recommend the eyebrow waxing. The older lady did a terrible job and the room was a mess. Very disappointed. They have redeemed themselves Barbara is awesome!
