I was in phoenix from out of state and needed a last minute hair cut for my husband and I and was completely lost. I called over 20 salons and no one would fit us in at all. I also wanted some help installing my tape ins and no one wanted to help. The last call I made was to the Snapdragon; they had a last minute cancellation and were able to squeeze both of us in for haircuts, and she installed my extensions. I had this incredible woman named Christain, and she was so sweet and so helpful. She even went out of her way to give my husband and I hiking spots. Best experience at a hair salon I've ever had.
I have been visiting Snapdragon on and off for several years. I visited for a curly hair cut in pre-pandemic and was treated rudely by the stylist. I eventually returned some time later and found a wonderful stylist. I didn't mind paying the full amount for a women's cut even tho my hair is very short and really could be billed and scheduled as a man's cut. My stylist left for another state and I took her recommendation of another snapdragon stylist. By my own fault I was running late to my appointment and Snapdragon clearly note means you pay 50% of the visit. My appointment was for 90 minutes and they refused to even let me come in and show the stylist how short my hair is to evaluate if she could cut my hair in time for her next appointment. I had never been there longer than 45 minutes and have been a loyal customer and generous tipper consistently for over a year. Very disappointed and will not be returning to Snapdragon or sister salon Firefly.
Such a beautiful salon! I went in to fix a botched long layer haircut from a previous salon and Christina was able to help me. I felt so beautiful when I left. Can't wait to come back!
