Worst place ever!! They quoted us one price then charged us double.. the stylist was HIGH, and wore entirely to much perfume to cover up whatever she was high on. Cut is awful, uneven and completely embarrassing to wear. Save your money - these people possibly come straight off the streets - ZERO TRAINING!! The school for the blind would make better stylists. Just from what I've experienced anyways. Awful - just awful!!

Went to my appointment and the shop was closed. No sign, no follow up phone call, no apology, nothing.

Worst experience ever! Manager James very insolent, mean, discourteous, impolite and not professional at all. Simply asked him to cut the length a little bit more and he completely flipped out! Yelling, screaming, lashing out- totally out of line and just very rude and mean. Total anger-management issues - and he's supposedly the manager! Never had an experience like this ever, anywhere. First review I've ever left - ever. Would never return, and used to take my whole family. Guy needs help and a chill pill or something

Teala messed up my daughter's hair while she was there for a deep conditioner of all things! How do you, Tila, knot up someone's long hair into a big ball, big enough that another stylist has to help you fix the mess you made. Without that other stylist (thank you to her), that big ball of hair that you wanted to cut out, would've been worse!! Then you tried to comb curly hair out starting at the ROOTS right up to the big knot, that's just like ratting the hair worse! Instead of starting at the bottom where you might have a chance to get the knot out. That other stylist tried REALLY hard to do damage control and was able to help SOME. Ultimately Teala knotted my daughter's hair had to have the knot cut out! Tila said she could "blend it in"! My daughter's hair was way past the middle of her back, the piece that was cut was up to her neck... what the heck did she think she could blend in?? My daughter kept it together and without thinking paid for the mess, because she wanted to GET the heck OUT OF THERE. When she got to the car, THAT is when she broke down crying! She was and is soooo upset! My daughter doesn't shed tears easily. So when she called me, so upset that she was crying, I knew it was bad. They better refund every last dime she paid and ditch Teala, she clearly is not knowledgeable about styling hair.

THE WORST HAIRCUT! So pissed. It's like it was her first haircut. It like she was taking 3 hairs at a time. Nothing "Express" about it. Livid.
