The only reason I'm giving this is a 2 is for the redemption of the wonderful stylist who eventually did my hair, and did a great job. The manager, Elizabeth, was extremely rude. I had an appointment for noon, and at 12:28, I was still waiting. I was in town for a wedding and didn't have time to spare. She got extremely upset because I questioned her about taking a walk in before my appointment. She called me rude, told me I had not been waiting long enough, told me she would not do my hair, and told me to go somewhere else. When I showed her how long I had been waiting, she took the clock off the wall and tossed it behind her! I've never been treated so disrespectfully. I did contact the district manager who said she would "coach her". I would fire her.
