Wendi is an amazing stylist for Marshalltown. The manager is very rude and thinks she's hot stuff! Be different if she was a bit good but she sucks! No flair or skillz! I'd never allow her to touch any hair on me or mine!
Great haircut. The manager is the one who cut it. She was SO rude to me. I won't go back because of her snotty attitude.
Um the tall skinny one cut my hair a little to short and by that I mean she took an inch off my hair when I asked for only half an inch like hoe tf really I just paid $20 for you to mess up my hair? Nah I'm pissed
I refuse to go here after 3 separate issues I've had over the past 11 years. First was the stylist sprayed my hair down with so much water that my hair ended up much shorter than I would have liked. Second was the stylist who was very rough with the comb and ended up yanking my cartilage piercing out and rudely telling me to sit still and put my hands down when I went to check on it. The third and final time is due to its location, and a stylist who knew NOTHING about hair color and I ended up having to call corporate about it. Also was not pleased with the manager who had told the stylist in passing that it might have been too cold for color before she got started. Lessons learned.
Great place and good price for a haircut. My stylist did a great job didn't take long and she shampooed my hair.
