I recently have had a few haircuts by a sweet Asian lady. I didn't get her name... today I walk-in like I generally do on Saturday morning and she wasn't in the floor. I walked over to an African American women w short blonde hair to see if she was working. She liked at me like why are you asking me a question. She then went back to her customer n said she doesn't work here. I said the nice Asian lady that she cut me off not bothering to look at me sternly n said she doesn't worry get any longer. I stood there thinking she would offer to cut my hair or another time something. The stylist completely blew me off acting as if I wasn't standing there at all. I said ok well you won't be getting my business. She didn't look at me or seem to care. A rude sample of customer service resulting in not paying for a haircut today nor as a returning customer. STAY away Rude service - clearly needing staff training at this shop.
I made an appointment online, though the SmartStyle app, 3:20 appointment time color and hair cut. Came in on time and Carol was the women working there and she was completely rude. I checked in then she yelled at me to go to her, and I told her I made an appointment for a cut and color, and Carol told me "well we close at 5:00pm" ok well I made an appointment for a cut and color and their wasn't anything saying that I can't do it at that time." And Carol just told me very rudely in front of a customer " i know you made an appointment we close at 5:00pm" I just walked away in tears. Worst experience.
Shanett is fantastic! Showed her a picture of what I was looking for in a cut/style and that's what I walked out with! She has a phenomenal personality to go along with her skills as a stylist. Everyone seemed to get along in the salon which made for a great experience! I've lived here for 4yrs and I have finally found my 'go to' hairdresser!
