SmartStyle Hair Salon in Cheyenne, WY

Its hit or miss. If I can't walk-in, and get a haircut in 10 minutes I walk out. Today I got there at 9 am, and there was a little old lady waiting already. I was told to come back an hour later. Nope. No can do. Is it too much to have two stylists on schedule? Have one for walk-in Men's cuts only. Takes way less time to trim a dudes hair rather than Sally Trailertrash wanting the full pampering or a kid who should just get a bowl cut. More Mens haircuts equals more tips.

I'll be calling to ask for a refund. It's a bad sign when your stylist doesnt dry your hair and says that if anything is wrong when you get home to come back and they'll fix it for free.

I went to this salon in a pinch because I had to attend my own shower out of town and i desperately needed a cut and color (and had no time to go elsewhere). I showed up for my 2pm appointment and was told to come back in 30 minutes...why did I rush to get here on time if you weren't going to see me on time?

Then I spent 3 hours in the chair -the haircut was literally like 4 snips. I had to ask the guy to do my bangs...and he immediately cut away hair that was NOT my bangs.

My hair color is nothing like the swatches I picked. I pretended to like it so I could rush to my car and cry. I had to beeline it, came home and dried my hair and couldn't believe it. My roots are a fully different color than the rest of my hair, the dark purple that was supposed to be in my hair was nowhere to be found. I emailed customer service and will call tomorrow about a refund. No, I will not let them 'fix it.' Thank God my sister's stylist can squeeze me in the morning before my shower. What a waste of time and money. I should have followed my instincts and just walked away when they told me to come back.

Literally dog shit haircuts. Wouldn't go there if it was the last hair salon on the planet.

Guys, please do go there. If I can I would give them 0. I went there today at 10 am to highlight my hair. The person gave me a time for 12:30 PM. And I said okay, I will come back. Then I was there on time. I waited for 20 minutes. There was a lady who came like me to have her hair cut. The people working there do not care about their customers. They told her that the staff went to a bank and she would come back sometime later. They let her go. After being there for 25 minutes, I asked the staff how long does it gonna take. And the staff said I might refer you to one of my friends. I was like what?? But he did not refer me to his friend either. The staffs here do not care at all. I would definitely not recommend anyone go there. They are not honest and care least to the time of their customer.

Tried to get a haircut today. Only 1 operator on duty. Signed in & told it would be 30 min wait. When I returned in 30 min  she initially ignored me. Then she helped 2 other customers & told them it would be 1&1/2 hr wait. Then she turned to me & said it would be another 1 hr wait for me.  Just be honest and upfront I'm the first place. Did not get a haircut today.
