I was recently married in Connecticut and worked with Small Talk Salon for my hair and make up. I went to the salon for my trials and Rhiannan and Katharine came to the house we were staying at the morning of my wedding. Rhiannan did a FABULOUS job on my make up and my mother's hair and make up!! Katharine did my hair and my sister-in-law's hair and also did an amazing job!! We all received SO many compliments on our hair and make up. On top of it, they're both awesome and fun. The conversations both at my trial and the morning of my wedding were so cheery and they helped ease my nerves so much! Very appreciative and would recommend working with them. Love, love, love this salon! This is the type of salon where you go, take a seat, and they make you beautiful. And they do it every time. Katharine is my regular stylist and she's just amazing. All my cuts have been great, even as they've grown out between visits. Kids have gotten cuts and color too. Very reasonably priced and love that it's family friendly.
Rhiannan is excellent! Highly recommend her. She did a great job with my partial dye and cut. Very reasonably priced.
Love this place! Called last minute for an appointment and they got me in the same day! The place is clean and well designed as well as being conveniently located in a cute area. The staff was super friendly and they affored me coffee at a really nice coffee station while I waited. I only waited a few minutes for my appointment. I had brain surgery a while back and expressed to the stylist that I was having trouble with the hair that was growing back in. I explained what I was looking for and showed her a picture. She gave me a great cut and COMPLETELY HID the hair that is growing back in. She explained what products I should be using to deal with the different texture of that hair as. She even took the time to teach me how to style my hair myself to better deal with that pesky portion of my hair and I have successfully been styling it everyday at home! I cant say enough positive things about this place. They have earned a loyal customer in me for life! Thank you Small Talk Salon!
I had the pleasure of having an appointment with Rhiannan last night and she single highhandedly (ok, ok. she used both hands) did the best job anybody has ever managed with my hair. I can't possibly say enough good things - Rhiannan was sweet, attentive, and took the time to listen before presenting me options (woah! what a new concept with a stylist for me!) and talking me through what we can do to get my destroyed hair looking the way I hoped. She made me feel not only comfortable the entire time, but didn't overwhelm me or ignore my needs. Every experience I have had in the past using a Groupon has resulted in the stylist seemingly annoyed that they have to do a discounted service, but Rhi was completely the opposite. I will definitely be back to your salon to see her time and again. THANK YOU Rhiannan, you are one of a kind - I am feeling confident and beautiful after our style, cut, and color - which means the world to me.
