If I could leave negative stars I would! This was by far the worse and I mean ABSOLUTE worst pedicure I've ever received! New staff and they are very well untrained and unprofessional! I use to frequent this salon and after this visit on 11/7/22 I will NOT be returning!
I got my nails done on March 26,2022 & not even two weeks and my nails need to be done all over again not to mention the person who did my nails didn't know what they were doing. The person that accompanied me while I went also got her nails that needs to be done again did and also her feet which as soon as she put her shoes on they messed up and my daughters whose paint is coming off of her both her hands and feet but they were supposed to be gel. Smh
The owner's brother is rude and possibly racist. Definitely rude, unprofessional and can't do nails worth a crap. He does them so thin that they crack on the side's or straight pop off. When I approached him about it, he said it was my fault. One time after that, he sat me down in the back and left me there. I got up and left after I'd watched an entire movie on my iPad and still hadn't been called on. Go ANYwhere else.
Not a good experience at all! I got a gel manicure on Sunday afternoon and on Tuesday afternoon one nail had already come off and another came off on Wednesday. I paid too much to it not even last 2 days. Not all the staff are rude but the one man in particular has been rude to me every single time I've been in. I told myself I wasn't going back but I did anyway. Definitely not going back now. Extremely unprofessional.
The man who touched up my nails was so rude. I could not get out of there fast enough because I knew if I stayed any longer, I would have caused a scene. when I asked him to correct something he complained about him having to do more work and made me feel terrible about not getting the nails I wanted. These look terrible, I am so dissatisfied, and the fact that I paid so much for such a dissatisfying service is appauling
