I've been using this salon for years. I have zero trust in anyone else. Despite moving 40 min away, I continue to drive to this salon for their great color, reasonable prices, and the friendships I've built. It's a rare gem to find a place like this.

I had a great experience here. I cannot say enough good things about Jana. She definitely knows her stuff!! I was so nervous about getting my hair done and ultimately how the color I wanted would look on me, but Jana eased all my worries!! She is amazing and I recommend her 100x to anyone who is either nervous to get something done or anyone who has had a bad experience in the past, she will hook your hair up!!

The worst cut of my life. Literally cut my complete ponytail off and then just continued to hack my hair. It looks so bad 4 weeks later. Still hate it and still embarrased by it. Biggest regret was not telling them while I was there. I will never go back.

Rip off Quoted $25 charged me $45 Excuse was the receptionist didn't quote me proper. Never going there again- a lot of the water splashed on my face while washing hair. Savannah was my stylist. Hair was still semi wet when she started using a flat iron it.

I was looking forward to getting my haircut with Savannah at Magnolia Station. I came in with photos of the cut and style I wanted and she did not care. So, she had me stand up and I thought I could show her and explain what I wanted. However, she decided she wanted to "be blunt" and say that the only way my hair wouldn't be flat was to cut it to my shortest layer. I said no. I didn't feel confident about the situation, but I thought back to how many great reviews she had and I had faith she could at least give me a trim. She pulled my hair up on top of my head (still no wash and condition) and roughly cut an inch off of my hair. I could've thrown up. She proceeded to cut another inch off of my dry hair. I had big, chunky and uneven layers. My bottom layer was at least two inches longer than the rest of my hair. I asked her "what are you going to do with the bottom?" And she said "I already did that." I am so upset. My hair looks like Joan Jett or Linda from The Wedding Singer. I can't get it fixed, because that would require making the layers shorter. I forgot to mention that the right side of my hair is an inch longer than the left side. I'm upset about my haircut, but I'm more upset about her rude dimeanor and lack of customer service. While I was sitting she was telling me about her time at CNN and that she quit, because she had a black supervisor. I guess she thought a couple of prejudiced comments wouldn't matter to be because I'm white. She was wrong. I would give anything to have not gone through with that haircut.
